Tracking says "I need to pay import fees" but I already did
I recently bought an item and when I go to my tracking, it says "Due to US Customs policies, you will need to pay import fees for this order to the shipping carrier prior to delivery."
However, my receipt for that item says
"1 item C $89.99
ShippingC $23.81
Tax* C $8.61
Import fees C $19.02
Order total C $141.43"
Why am I being told I need to pay import fees again for my item?
