Tracking says Delivered, Buyer says No

Question

What do you do when you sold an item and the PO tracking says it was delivered, but the buyer says they haven't received it? What are my options here?

Ebay doesn't seem to help here - go through the pages multiple times, but no way to contact them directly..

If the buyer has filed a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, you will need to respond to the request by providing the tracking information within 3 business days of the request being opened. Tracking must be from one the shipping carriers integrated with eBay and must include the date you shipped the item, the date it was delivered, and the address it was delivered to

The ONLY tracking that matters is what eBay shows. WHAT does the eBay tracking show? If delivered then take a screenshot and attach it to an eBay message to the Buyer letting them know eBay shows it was delivered. If the Buyer files an eBay claim that they did not receive their package then copy and paste the eBay tracking number into the claim. You will win the claim.

If they think it was stolen they will have to contact their local police and file a stolen property claim and pursue an insurance claim with their home owners or renters insurance.

If you did NOT have tracking on eBay then you are at risk for losing a claim if the Buyer filed one through eBay that they did not receive their package.
