Tracking says delivered. Buyer says didn’t get?
Sold item to buyer. Shipped via usps as buyer requested. Tracking says delivered in mailbox. Buyer says didn’t get. Buyer is now harassing me for a refund. I cannot give them anything since it was delivered and isn’t being sent back to me. How do I block this person from messaging me?

Mentor3 years agoYou can't block his messages. You want to help your buyer.
Send the buyer a sympathetic note, gently explaining that they must go to their PO with the tracking # and ask the clerk to look up the delivery. The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered. If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package.
If correctly delivered and stolen from the buyer's property, it is up to the buyer to file a police report and a home insurance claim, if applicable.
If sent to the zip code on the payment, and tracking shows delivered, eBay will close a not received case in your favor.

OP3 years agoThx. I’ve already done all that. I feel bad for the guy but it’s not my burden nor my financial responsibility.

Mentor3 years agoI know, but there's nothing more you can do - it is his PO that has to help, and you get much better service in person.
