Tracking problem
The tracking number on eBay is not showing that the item was delivered but if you enter the tracking number on the carrier website it shows delivered. How can I get eBay to show it has been delivered so I can get paid? I selected the carrier from the drop down list on eBay and entered the correct tracking number but it just says shipped. Not delivered.

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
