Tracking on USPS says delivered, eBay doesn’t.

Question

So I sold an item and on the USPS tracking website, it says it was delivered. The buyer even left a review for the item sold. But eBay’s website doesn’t say it was delivered or even moved from the post office so I don’t have payout yet. What should I do? The automated messaging didn’t help me at all.

This assumes you printed your label through eBay or another postage web site with your account linked to eBay or paid at the counter and manually loaded tracking to the sold item.

File a missing mail piece on the USPS web site. Sometimes that triggers tracking to update via the API software between USPS and eBay.

Regardless of delivery status or customer Feedback new or low activity Sellers can have their funds held for up to 31 days, read about that here: Transaction holds | eBay

As long as the customer does not file a claim through eBay that they did not receive their package you will be fine.
