Tracking on Ebay is different than USPS

Question

Had a buyer reach out since the tracking number provided on Ebay says delivered on a date that already past to a different address. But on Ebay, it just says shipped(which is correct). Has this happened to anyone before? If so, what to do?

You can share the link to the post with your buyer so that they know that you are not trying to pull a fast one.

I would apologize for the inconvenience and assure them that they will receive their package.
