Security code sent to me does not work in my request for tracking

I understand that as a buyer it's nice to see that tracking shows that the item is on the way, however tracking is for the sellers protection to prove delivery.

There are not security codes to access the tracking info if any. Is the item in your purchase history> https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
