You aren't charged when you print a label, you are charged when you purchase one.
You can cancel the label you didn't use within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Mentor5 months ago@treasureshed15 If you have two different tracking numbers on the same sold item then you somehow purchased TWO shipping labels. You need to cancel the label you did not use.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
