Tracking number update but eBay refuses to except
I updated the tracking number on the claim, but they refuse to care and look and only lie and say I didn't, I show them screen shots, package arrived messages, but they refuse to look at it and only lie... is this normal? for some reason they only review my claims in the wrong language and refuse to care enough to listen to any word I say and only make up lies about me... is this an issue we are all facing or I'm extra hatted by these criminals.
