I sold an item for high price on ebay
i shipped by DHL international
tracking number shows delivered but buyer opend undelivered case
the buyer account is new with zero feedback
the phone number looks weird
in this case what happens ? Ebay does full refund ?
i sent to correct addres
the delivery required signature, but DHL left front door with out sigunature
