Tracking Number PROBLEM
Summary: kimmies63 expressed frustration with eBay's shipping service. They received a previously used tracking number, causing eBay not to recognize the delivery and withhold their funds. Despite contacting customer support initially, the issue remains unresolved, and attempts to resolve it using AI support have been unhelpful.
I purchased shipping thru eBay. The Tracking number that I received had been used before and only shows the old delivery information. The package that I sent has been delivered to the buyer, however the Tracking number isn't showing it was delivered. Because of this, eBay isn't acknowledging to make my funds available.
I did chat with a live agent on Monday, but the issue still hasn't been corrected.
I tried to chat again and AI keeps taking me in circles. I just want my funds for a sale.
Very very frustrated!
