Tracking number not showing as delivered
Has anyone else had this experience as a seller? It has been a nightmare for me and I don't know how to get help from eBay. The item I sold has been delivered but the tracking number says not delivered. I called the local post office to the buyer and they tell me they will fix it but I'll bet it will take yet another phone call. The buyer responded to my message saying she has the item. I responded to her message right after she bought it when she asked if I could wrap it in plastic because she does not have a covered porch. I spent a lot of time preparing the package and she said she would leave me positive feedback this week but still has not. So disappointing and not worth the hassle. I am very disheartened.

Even without the tracking that shows delivery your funds will be released, it just will be at least 30 days since you are a new seller.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
