Tracking number/ locate item
Seller hasn't provided tracking number and item on on my eBay account doesn't say sent. They did however email me and said it was sent.
Help confirm they sent

Mentor5 months agoWithout the seller entering a tracking number eBay cannot confirm shipment. You are protected by the Money Back Guaranty for 30 days from the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history. So look at your purchase history for the item and once the last estimated delivery date has passed by at least one full day (and not more than 30 days) you can open a case for an "Item not received". The seller has three business days to prove with tracking that the item has been delivered or is still moving through the shippers system. If they cannot do this then you can "Ask eBay to step in" and they will force a refund from the seller. This is the official process and it cannot be speeded up.

Mentor5 months agoYou will need to use the CONTACT SELLER link in your Purchase history and ask for the tracking number. If the seller did not use ebay shipping, but used another program, s/he needs to enter the tracking number into the transaction. Without a tracking number showing Delivered, you can file an Item Not Received case after the last estimated delivery date, and get a full refund.
