Tracking number issue
Hello,
I just shipped two items in one package, per the customer. They’re listed as two separate items on eBay, so they have two tracking numbers, but they were shipped together under one tracking number. Is there a way eBay or I can change that?

Mentor3 weeks agoManually update the tracking number on the Order Details for the second included item.

Next time always use the Ship Manager to combine items for shipment and let ebay post the tracking number to both items.
