    Tracking number is saying "it will deliver late" but it's lost. Do I file through Ebay or USPS?
                     

    I haven't had any problems with shipping exept with two this past month. One had a duplicate tracking number from ebay and the other is saying that the package will arrive late. After contacting my local USPS, I was informed that the package is stuck at a distribution facility and I should file a claim to get it moving. My question is do I file with eBay or go through USPS.  TIA!
