Tracking number for same buyer with 2 accounts same address
I sold multiple items to one user and 1 item to same user but with a different user name. All same address. I can't use same tracking number when I shipped all together. AI assistant is no help. Item shows as late shipment now and I cannot get payment for that item.

Mentor2 years ago@rcc9-84 No you can't use the same tracking number even though the items were shipped to the same address. What most likely happened is the buyer made two purchases with a GUEST account. Each guest account has a unique user ID.
Orders can not be combined when they are made with different user ID's. All you can do now if you already shipped is mark one of the items as shipped from the drop down menu next to the sold item and HOPE that the buyer doesn't file a not received refund request.
Reach out to your buyer and let them know that both items are being shipped in the same package but however in the future they will need to log in to an eBay account and make the purchase on one account to have combined shipping.

Mentor2 years agoWhen a buyer uses 2 different accounts to make purchases, they cannot be combined using ebay. If you sent that item with the others, you can go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment Locate the item, click the down-arrow, click Mark as shipped.
