Tracking number
I sold an item and paid for shipping then the buyer sent me a new address. I canceled my shipping label but the old tracking number is still showing in the system. I purchased a new label and received a new tracking number from the post office. When I go into the system to update the tracking number I get a notice there's an error and it doesn't allow me to update it. Is there something else I can do to update the tracking number? Thanks in advance!

Mentor3 years agoYou can't change the old one, but you can enter the new one (so you'll see two for that transaction). Only the new one will update, but that's not a problem. You still get credit for having tracking.
