    I gave buyer wrong tracking number. How do you change it, so it shows item was received?

    Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped

     

    Locate the transaction, click the EDIT option next to the tracking number.  You cannot change the one you entered, but you can enter another tracking number.

     

    If you use ebay shipping, you get a discount on the shipping, and the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction.
