Is it possible to change a tracking number?

I purchased an EBay shipping label, but I never used it, so I used a different tracking number to ship the item I sold, but eBay still has a hold on the item I sold several weeks ago.

Did you VOID the ebay shipping label you didn't use? The USPS only allows 5 days from date of printing to void the label to get your money back.

Did you go to the sold item and upload the tracking number for the label you did use? You need to do that if you did not, so ebay can see that the package has been DELIVERED.
