TRACKING NOT WOKRING

Question

So Im selling a jersey to this guy and the person I am buying it from gave me a tracking number that ebay isn't picking up but I know the item has been delivered. Is there anything I can do or do i have to refund the customer? He confirmed has the jersey so its kinda annoying.

eBay only works with certain carriers to have the tracking recognized and count.

If you have no tracking, you should mark them as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here:
https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

Then, if you wish, you can gently encourage your buyer to leave feedback for you. (Being too pushy can backfire.)

Listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is NOT allowed on eBay.
