Tracking not updating for items sold
Hello I have 4 items sold and shipped but tracking hasn’t updated on Ebay. The USPS website shows 2 items have been delivered and 2 are scheduled for delivery on Monday. Tracking on EBay hasn’t updated on all 4 items since the day they were shipped any thoughts thx.

Mentor4 months agoDid you stand in line at the post office to get an acceptance scan for each package?
Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
