tracking not updated
item has been deli but ebay tracking app still shows out for delivery and my payment is on hold. how can i contact customer service to fix this?

That sounds frustrating.
Usually if you refresh your screen a few times it will update.
When you look on USPS what does the delivery status show there?
Possibly also:
Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.
New sellers usually need to wait until sometime after delivery to get paid.
