Tracking not updated
Has anyone ever had this problem- I sold an item to someone in Mexico. The buyer received the item 7 days ago but the tracking info has not updated. eBay said I need to talk to the post office, the post office here said the buyer needs to go to his local post office and ask them to update the order. He said he would but now is not responding.
