My eBay - PurchasesOn the item you can check the tracking history.If the item does not arrive by the original estimated delivery date you can go back to your Purchase history and file a claim that you did not receive the item. Follow the instructions on the claim and you will eventually be refunded.

Go to your Purchase history and find the item. My eBay - Purchases
On the item you can check the tracking history.
If the item does not arrive by the original estimated delivery date you can go back to your Purchase history and file a claim that you did not receive the item. Follow the instructions on the claim and you will eventually be refunded.
