Tracking issues for eBay delivery service
I have been using the “flats†under eBay delivery service for the past year but eBay is not pressing USPS for updates on tracking and I’m getting penalized for missing or non delivered items.

Mentor2 years agoItems that are shipped as a flat are not trackable, unless you are using the ebay standard envelope for items that qualify (trading cards, postcards, currency & coin, stickers/decals, seeds). Those tracking numbers are "read" by the sorting machines at the various hubs, so they must meet the size and flexibility so they can go through those machines. The last hub will send a Delivered message, but the actual item isn't actually delivered until it gets to the local post office for the carrier to actuality deliver it.
