TRACKING ISSUES
Trying let eBay know about tracking issues. Got message that an item was just delivered but I received 2 days ago when tracking said it was in Texas. Got a message about another item that it was delivered at 930am but actually wasn't delivered until 1230pm. These were both FedEx shipments.
The 3rd item has tracking that says it will be delivered today but message says it will be delivered Saturday.

·1 year agoDoes the tracking you see on eBay match the tracking if you go to the FedEx website? If so, that's not an eBay issue and they can't fix anything, it's a FedEx issue.
If they don't match, let us know and we can advise further.
