Tracking is not updating on several of my shipments
I have sold several baseball cards the last several weeks and most of them were under $20 so I used the Ebay standard envelope option. There is 8 total shipments and tracking will not update on any of them so Ebay is withholding my funds until delivery is confirmed. Four of these items have made it to the destination, but tracking still shows not delivered. I have contacted every buyer trying to confirm delivery and have only heard back from 4 of them. One buyer had already opened a item not received case against me. The card shows it was scanned in Dallas on the 9th and there hasn't been an update on tracking since. Has anyone else had this problem with the standard envelope? I've also messaged the buyer twice trying to resolve the situation, but they have yet to respond to me. Any feedback would be appreciated.
