So I bought an item and it saying on eBay tracking number provided well when I put that same tracking number into the USPS tracking website it's coming up as tracking not available. So how do I resolve this? Am I going to have to eat the money I paid for this item? Because it's also saying number is invalid or they have not received payment. What do I do now

It is not essential that a buyer tracks their item. Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee if you do not receive your item. What is the latest estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
