tracking info vanished help pls

hi so I'll try and keep this short so last week I ordered from collectible minifigures and on Monday and yesterday evening the tracking information just disappeared and I got a Notification from usps that it was coming yesterday but that disappeared too I've messaged the seller but honestly idk what to do please help me

@jocu5028 You will need to file a not received refund request when the item is at least a day late arriving, but no more than 30 days late.

Is the item not in your purchase history?

If you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account it will not be in your purchase history.

LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and follow the steps on this page to track your order and file a refund request if needed>

ok I've managed to get the right number in but eBay still says no tracking info is available so I'll close this up and hopefully my stuff will come gg O7

Go to your Purchase history, locate the item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking number to ebay.
