tracking info that's accurate, and them simply stops for 7-9 days .
After 12 days of flawless tracking,.. Tracking goes on hold,..saying sorry item has been delayed, giving an estimated delivery five days later. You complain, "why is the tracking not being updated?" no response, then 9 days later they tell You no it was delivered already 10 days ago. The very day You watched a thin coating of new fallen snow cover Your walkway with NO FOOTPRINTS whatsoever.
