Tracking info on the USPS site says the tracking info was incorrect. .
I have $3600 of payments that have been on hold since May 13th. EBAY says estimated release of funds on June 13.
I shipped two packages to an buyer in TX on May 15. The tracking info on my USPS receipt didn't update on eBay's website. I retyped the tracking into USPS website and they worked and says arrived May 18th. So, I have copied the tracking info from the USPS site and pasted it back to ebays tracking, in the edit tracking link in the sold page and chose item has shipped. It still didn't update on Ebay and now shows that it shipped today. Is this why the funds are on hold? Should I just wait a few more days and some how open a case with Ebay if its not?

·3 years agoIf eBay tracking shows that the item shipped today, then the clock probably restarted and that may be an issue for your shipping metrics. Has the buyer given feedback? That is one way to help your payout.
Since your payout is not yet due, I would wait a few more days to see if the funds are released. If not, there may be another issue. Has eBay asked you to provide a copy of your driver license? A new law requires that of sellers of new items. Payouts would be held in that case until the sellers complies.
