Tracking info not automatically uploading

I purchased and printed several shipping labels directly from eBay like I do every morning. This morning the tracking from those labels did not automatically upload to the order and show the order as shipped. Is this a temporary bug, or a new policy which will require me to manually update tracking?

Hi @bearsden_cards No, not a new policy, just a temporary glitch. Take photos of the labels so you have a record, in case the system never updates the order and you have to enter it manually.

I always print to PDF as soon as I receive the order, then print the PDF file later when packing. That way I have a file copy of the label in case of glitches, internet is down, or need to reprint after 24 hours, etc.
