Tracking info being incorrect
Has anyone else had an item that had been delivered, received confirmation from the customer that the item has arrived and eBay is still holding your funds? It has happened twice to me this week,. If you have how did you resolve it. I’ve talked to customer service and they just say we release the funds after the product is delivered. It’s already been delivered!!!! The post office doesn’t help either. All of these AI assistants are completely useless.

eBay may place temporary payment holds on funds of up to thirty days for new or infrequent sellers, or for several other reasons.

OP1 year agoYeah I’ve read that a million times. They do nothing to help or recognize a situation. This post helped about as much as they do. Thanks for nothing
