Tracking from USPS said item return to Original Sender but eBay said it delivered.
I had an order on ebay with address change after the seller ship the item.
Tracking from USPS said it returned to original sender but sender and ebay customer service said it delivered and close the request case.
Seller does not reponse to me anymore.
How can I do next?

·3 years agoYou changed your address after it shipped? If that’s what happened, it’s not ebay nor the sellers fault. Did you check your old address (the one on the label)?

OP3 years agoI checked, but it really return to sender from USPS tracking code.
I also attached 2 pictures from ebay and usps tracking.
