Tracking fees charged several times for the same item

I have been charges 3 times for tracking labels, probably it was my mistake. I a new in the business. How can I get a refund?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
