tracking ebay fees
it seems that ebay is hitting me for fees at the time of the transaction and then again in a monthly fee for the same item.

If you have problems with eBay fees my best advice is to contact them and have them go over the account.
You can contact eBay Customer Service:
A- . If you have a North American phone number, you can select the option to have eBay call you.
https://www.ebay.com/help/-/contact-ebay/contact-ebay?id=4379
(If you don't have a +1 phone number, then use the human chat option instead.)
1. On the eBay Help page, type a few words about the problem.
2. Find a topic that is closer related to your issue.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of that page.
4. You may see the "Have us call you" option.
5. If not, click the automated chat option.
6. When automated chat opens, scroll down to the bottom and look for "Contact an Agent".
7. If you don't see it, then click "See More" until you do see the "Contact an Agent" option.
8. Click the agent option, and choose the "Have us call you" option.
9. Turn off your spam filter if using a cell phone or the callback may not get through.
B-. Another way to contact eBay:
1) https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10 (If you receive the chatbot type AGENT in the box)
2) https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4105
3) https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
At the LEFT
1) Click "Chat with our automated assistant"
2) Click "See More" in the chat window
3) Click "Contact an Agent"
4) Click “Have Us Call Youâ€.
C -. You can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media.
You leave a message, and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can private message them and explain your situation.
Do not leave private information on the the public board
