Tracking doesn’t update
i have sold a few single cards and the noticed that i ship it out through usps and once i click on it to check the status for the buyer it shows no record of the tracking number provided. It sends me to another carrier in which states that there is delays I understand that but come on the item is nearly a month in transit. Some single cards have arrived to customers but others are just in transit for the past month. I just decided to take down my listings for single cards due to this on going issue. I have no control of what is going on during the shipping and handling so I don’t want no negative feedback so i just took down 45 listings . I really hope eBay finds out what is going on with buyers packages why are some getting to them while others remain still in transit without updates and why does the tracking work under the usps.

Mentor1 year ago@rowlr1. Were the cards shipped with eBay Standard Envelope?
eBay Standard Envelope is a Metered Mail shipping method and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment. You can't look it up on the USPS site like regular tracking you have to use this tracking tool> https://www.trackmyshipment.co/
If a buyer files a not received refund request then you can file an insurance claim to get your money back. See this link>

For future shipments I recommend dropping your envelopes in the metered mail box at your post office.
You can also review this post by a fellow Mentor that has screenshots of proper packing as the envelope must remain flexible to be read by the sorting equipment.
