Tracking Details says 'Package delivered by local post office' but Tracking not marked as delivered?

Hello. I've sold 3 items that have this issue. All 3, when you click on 'View Tracking' it will show that the items have been delivered by the local post office, however none of the 3 have been updated as delivered and thus I can't get paid because the funds are on hold.

The buyer for 1 of the items has confirmed he has received the item and has left feedback. Do not know about the other 2 buyers. Not sure how to contact eBay or how to get someone to review this. Help would be appreciated!

Your funds are on hold because you are an occasional seller. Typically the hold is for 30 days. Learn more about payment holds here:
