    Tracking / delivery
                     

    The buyer has already received their shipment. Yet when I (seller) click on the tracking it says shipping is taking longer than normal. The shipping updates haven’t been updated in 5 days. Will this issue resolve itself and say delivered? I wouldn’t imagine I’d get paid until it says delivered

    Go to your sold transaction and click on the tracking to be taken to USPS.COM.  Look for the link to enter your email address to get updated tracking information.  That should help to update the tracking to ebay.
