Tracking and order number have both vanished
I ordered an item last week from the UK and have been tracking it through emails from eBay. I was notified that it cleared customs, but later the tracking link gave the message "order not found". The order number I input in the search box for help also comes up with the same message. The sale has disappeared from my account's My Purchases list. I have only been able to track it using previous emails, the last of which was when it left Royal Mail and cleared customs. My suspicion is that the US carrier that received the order from US customs has destroyed/thrown out my order because they are so backlogged since the De minimus exemption was made void by the current president. I have read news articles regarding this happening with UPS. I don't know which US shipper received my order. I haven't received any notifications since my order number went dark. Anyone having this issue?? Advise please
