Tracking an item bought from a seller no eBay.com
I have been tracking my item on the Asendia website. It was sent to me by eBay so that I could follow my item. 13 days ago Asendia stopped putting tracking information on their site. I contacted Asendia. They told me to check their site. It had not been up dated. Contacting them again they said my Item was in transit and would not be delivered for 18 days. eBay said it would be with me by the 28th of August. eBay do not want to help me find my item. It seems their customer service team just repeat the same questions and do not in any way want to help me. The last thing they say if my item does not arrive put in a claim. eBay offers tracking information to sellers and buyers why? Why do they use carriers that do not up load tracker information?

·2 years agoYou can request a refund if the item doesn't show up when it was expected. Wait at least one day extra.

OP2 years agoI asked on the US site because I bought the item from a US seller. eBay used a Swiss carrier not used in the UK. If you have something constructive to help me please feel free to reply

In which country was the item located?
