    Tracking a "Guest" order
                     

    I have an ebay account, but ordered some items using a new phone - and number, but as a guest because I didn't remember my password. Now I can't check the status of my order. If I use my e-mail address, which I did as a "guest", it goes to my regular account. Any help would be appreciated in letting me know the status of my order.

    Guest orders are totally separate from you regular eBay orders.  When you placed the order the email you received confirming the order has special log in information o use for tracking and opening any cases regarding the item.  You need to use those log in instructions to find out information about this order.
