Tracking a first class package.
I'm a seller of sports cards. I ship my cards in a first class letter. Print the postage on ebay. I have letter that are not being delivered and USPS says they heve no way to tract the letters. useing my tracking numbers. what should I do.

1) eBay Standard Envelope has special tracking, which can be partially tracked here

For full tracking, a seller needs to use the more expensive Ground Advantage
2) For a lost eBay Standard Envelope sale, file a claim here

You'll need to wait 30 days to file a claim. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the date the shipping label was created.
3) Your envelopes must be flexible enough to fit around a mug so that they are flexible enough to fit through USPS machinery.
The scanning is done by machines, not a person.
Also, try dropping your envelopes in the 'metered mail' slot at the post office since those items also go through machinery.
