hi my carrier shows delivered the product, but ebay still says shipped, i dont have the option to mark delivered on my seller hub. how do i tell ebay that my product has been delivered? all i get is chat bot not a live agent.

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
