<span class="">What happens when they send me a package through eBay without tracking, it says SHIPPED UNTRACKED, I message the seller and he does not respond, in his feedback he has two buyers to whom the merchandise did not arrive, I can claim for a refund if it does not arrive and if there is no proof that the merchandise arrived without tracking ?</span>

Tracking protects the seller; without tracking, the seller will lose an "item not received" case if the buyer files one.
