Hello, I bought a item in eBay, it was sent from uk and I got the tracking number, but the arrival should be in my country Portugal, but I didn't receive the new tracker from the new courier and now it says that the item had a delivery attempt in Portugal but on a city that it isn't even mine, and now I can't call the courier company since I don't even know what is is, I only know the uk one, support inst helping me much and the seller says I won't get refund since it had that delivery attempt...
I still want and need the item but I need the Portuguese tracking number, any advice on how to solve this?
