Royal mail not updating tracking so not getting paid for delivery of items. Anyone else have this problem. I can contact ebay, only get an automated assistant thx.

·1 year agoYou’ve ended up “across the pondâ€, on the USA site. The different sites have different policies, so you need to ask on your home site. Log out completely, and make sure you’re logged into www.ebay.co.uk
