    Hello

    I would like to start by saying that I hate eBay's automation system. Anyway, my question is:

    A customer asked me to cancel an order, which I did, and a refund was issued. The other day, I checked the Seller Hub, and eBay gave me a non-tracking upload with bad credit. I think it's eBay's mistake, yet the automation system is jerking me around.

     

    My question is, how do I remove it myself or appeal to eBay to remove it?
