Is there something I need to do in order for ebay to show my tracking as "delivered" because when the items purchased go to these Hubs in DE, FL for international buyers, it'll say on the USPS site "delivered to agent" but not update on the ebay site so it looks like it's still in transit. Thank you.

That should mean the same thing as Delivered. You should be fine. Sometimes when you are shipping to a Freight Forwarder, that is how USPS notes the delivery.
