Tracking
I purchased an item a week ago, was given a tracking number. The tracking number from usps still says awaiting item. The seller told me he shipped it and gave me a copy of a receipt with a different tracking number and different address. The seller does not except returns. I think im being scammed. How do i get my money back

You must wait until the item is overdue.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
